Our Process

We take pride in every home that we work on. We will work side by side with you to ensure that your new home or renovation is built to your standards.

Step 1: Briefing

We will introduce you to our team and get a full understanding of your lifestyle needs and any other details for your new home or renovation. We will also take note of your budget at this point.

Step 2: Design

We will begin the design process and be closely working with you to ensure that your home meets all of your needs. Once you are happy with the blueprint we will apply for a building permit (if necessary) and be able to provide you with an accurate schedule and cost for your project.

Step 3: Construction

We then will begin the construction process. You will be able to visit the lot to view and discuss your home throughout all stages of construction.

Step 4: Finalization

We will complete your project by finalizing the warranty and walking you through your new Copper Creek Home.
