Interior renovations are often associate with restriction and surprise. Not in this case. By capturing the essence of the existing home features, such as the brick, ceilings, and beams, we incorporated a more contemporary style into the existing framework. When it comes to personality, nothing quite compares to the cottage-like feel of the Toor residence. Drawing from traditional craftsman style design, this home features stain grade wood throughout – used extensively in the flooring, decorative archways and column details. Real alder wood established a very warm feel while the ornate finishing details set the home apart from anything you’ve ever seen.

Downes East

This 1960’s bungalow brought many of the common renovation challenges we normally see. Dealing with low 8-foot ceilings throughout, we gutted the home down to bare studs and added unique feature areas including a fantastic great room area with an exposed timber roof. In addition, we added to the existing roofline to achieve a more contemporary feel without, of course, loosing the critical rancher elements like wood & stonework that provide warmth and character.
